Mary Mead is a visual artist based in New Hampshire who works primarily in sculpture and printmaking.
Mead received an undergraduate degree with honors in Fine Arts with an emphasis in sculpture from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an MFA from the Boston Museum School and Tufts University, also with and emphasis in sculpture. She is currently Assistant Professor in the Department of Fine and Performing Arts at Colby-Sawyer College in New London where she teaches printmaking. Mead is a member of the Boston Printmakers Society.
Her work has been widely exhibited and can be found in numerous public and private collections.
